There is a yellow thunderstorm warning in place for the Alpes-Maritimes and Var departments with heavy showers and gusty winds forecast. The warning is in place until midday tomorrow. This evening going down to 19 degrees with cloudy skies.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday brings clearing skies but strengthening winds, especially along the coast from Monaco to Marseille. By Sunday and into early next week, we’ll see mostly sunny conditions with temperatures cooling a little. Marseille and Saint-Tropez will see the strongest winds, with gusts picking up Saturday afternoon and peaking early next week.
