*From which type of cuisine is Paradiso Nicole et Pierre inspired?*

For 120 years, the Fouquet's brasserie has embodied the Parisian spirit on the most beautiful avenue in the world. It is the Parisian meeting place par excellence for arts and culture and for epicureans in search of top-of-the-range "brasserienomie". In a warm and friendly atmosphere, around the shadow and light photographs of the famous Studio Harcourt, the legendary Fouquet's brasserie brings together the Parisian elite.

Prepared by Pierre Gagnaire, a three-starred chef, the menus of the various addresses offer a cuisine that respects the local environment, with a touch of creativity.
