Train traffic disrupted after attack on controller at Cannes - Train traffic has been disrupted this Tuesday morning between Ventimiglia and Marseille, after a violent attack on a controller. The controller, who was attacked last night, at Cannes station was still hospitalized on Tuesday morning. The CGT denounces "recurring problems” and "awaits a proposal from management".  Following the attack controllers have used their right of withdrawal. Unions also denounce a reduction in the hours of railway security which is claims is “inadmissible”.
