Monaco's Energy Transition

Monaco's Energy Transition - As part of Monaco's energy transition, the government is replacing outdated fluorescent and sodium lighting in its tunnels with energy-efficient, long-lasting LED systems. This reduces energy use, extends lighting lifespan, and minimizes road closures and waste. Tunnel closures for upgrades are scheduled in phases through 2025, with work completed overnight to limit disruption.
