Man, on the run has been arrested - The man who was on the run suspected of having beheaded his grandfather has been arrested in the Bollène district in the Vaucluse. Police this morning announced that the arrest took place in the town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. The individual who was on the run knocked insistently on a resident's door. Finding his behavior strange, the latter contacted the police who came to question him. The 37-year-old man, psychologically fragile, was "hospitalized under escort".

Since Wednesday, a major search device had been deployed in Bollène, in search of this "potentially" dangerous and armed man. About a hundred gendarmes and police officers were engaged in the search to cover a wooded area in which the suspect had taken refuge. It was finally on the banks of the Rhône that he was found. Police have opened an investigation for intentional homicide.

Honey production has been up and down over the years, but mostly down. In 1995, France produced about 32,000 tons of honey, while in 2019 it managed less than 10,000 tons.

Fans banned from travelling to Marseille for match - France’s Interior Ministry has announced that fans of Paris Saint-Germain football club will be banned from travelling to Marseille for Sunday's Ligue 1 match after several French matches were marred by violence in recent weeks. Individual or group travel by PSG supporters will also be prohibited starting at midnight Saturday because relations between the clubs "have been tainted with animosity for several years," added the Ministry.
