Lisa Pou becomes the first Monegasque athlete to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games – It’s congratulations to swimmer Lisa Pou who has become the first Monegasque athlete to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Pou validated her attendance to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after the 10 km swim at the world championships, on Saturday in Doha. After winning the Prom’Swim in Nice last October, Monegasque Lisa Pou had focused on the world swimming championships in Doha which are on until February 18th. The stakes were nonetheless high for Lisa who finished in the first 13 to secure her place in Paris. At 24, it is a mission accomplished for the swimmer of Monaco’s red and white colours making her the first Monegasque athlete to qualify for the Paris Olympic Games. Lisa Pou will next be seen swimming in the Seine in six months’ time.
