Investigation into presidential campaign

Investigation into presidential campaign - France has ordered the extradition from London, of one of the key players in the investigation into the alleged Libyan financing of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy's presidential campaign in 2007, Alexandre Djouhri. Djouhri has been under judicial control in London for a year and has been summoned several times by the French justice in the context of the investigation. He was arrested in January 2018 at London Heathrow Airport, under a European arrest warrant issued by the French courts for " embezzlement of public funds "and" corruption ". Alexandre Djouhri has appealed his extradition to France.
