French police intervene this Friday morning at Sciences Po Paris - Police have intervened this Friday morning to evacuate pro-Palestinian demonstrators at Sciences Po in Paris. After an internal debate on the Middle East on Thursday, students of Sciences Po's Palestine committee announced the launch of a "peaceful sit-in" in the school hall and the start of a hunger strike by six students. This morning Friday 3rd May, police evacuated a dozen students mobilized for Gaza who were occupying the premises.
