French inventor - An investigation has been opened following a complaint from the neighbours of French inventor Franky Zapata. The inventor hit the headlines in August after crossing the English Channel on his fly board. The inventor who is currently seeking to create a flying car obtained authorization to test his individual flying platform in the Bouches des Rhone two years ago but local residents accuse the inventor of not respecting the rules. The Marseillais "cannot fly on Sundays and bank holidays, in the morning before 10am, between noon and 3pm or after 6.30pm.
