His campaign manager and first deputy, Anthony Borré, confirmed the event will mark “the starting point” of Estrosi’s fourth-term bid. Monaco’s gender pay gap narrows sharply - Monaco is nearing pay equality, with the median gender pay gap in the private sector now just 0.1%, according to new IMSEE data. Women’s average salaries remain 18.6% lower, and structural issues such as confidence, career progression, and unequal domestic responsibilities persist. Officials say Monaco’s progress is real but that cultural change is still needed to achieve true equality.
