The grandparents, Philippe Vedovini and his wife, along with two adult children, were taken into custody on March 25th, 2025, following an investigation by Marseille's gendarmerie. The police are currently verifying evidence collected over the past months. Forensic operations are ongoing across multiple locations. The bones of little Emile were discovered by a hiker in March 2024, eight months after he went missing.
