The online tax return campaign for 2023 will open on Thursday 11 April, according to information from Capital. As in previous years, the deadline for completing the form will depend on your département of residence. Filers in départements 1 to 19 will have until Thursday 23 May to send in their returns, those in départements 2A to 54 until Thursday 30 May, and those in départements 55 to 95 and the overseas departments until Thursday 6 June. Note that paper declarations have until May 20th, however, an online declaration is mandatory if your home is connected to the internet. Some tax households will not necessarily need to complete and return their declaration online.
