Carla Bruni summoned before a judge

Carla Bruni summoned before a judge today - Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy's wife Carla Bruni has been summoned this Tuesday, July 9th, before a judge for possible indictment in the context of the Takieddine affair. According to French media the wife of the former head of state is suspected of "concealment of witness tampering" and "criminal association with a view to preparing fraud crimes" trial and bribery of foreign public officials while trying to get Ziad Takieddine to reverse his accusations against Nicolas Sarkozy in an operation dubbed “Save Sarko”.
