British man drowns - A British man on a stag do has drowned off the coast of Monaco. The 40-year-old man, who has not been named, was partying on a beach in Cap-D’Ail. He dived into the water and quickly got into trouble, despite the sea being calm. A life guard pulled the man ashore after friends raised the alarm and he gave him CPR for several minutes but was unable to save him. The men had been staying in nearby Nice before travelling to Monaco on Friday.
