Trial opens in Alpes Maritimes Assize court - A 47-year-old bricklayer from Gilette is to appear in court today accused of murder. According to local media Pascal Cuevas, was already summoned by the courts last year and will today appear before the Alpes Maritimes Assize Court.
The trial has already been postponed twice. Scheduled to last five days Cuevas is allegedly accused of killing 49-year-old Patrice Ferrari.
