Storm Herminia Hits Paris and Île-de-France with Yellow Wind Alert - Paris and the Île-de-France region are under a yellow alert today, Tuesday January 28th, due to strong winds of up to 70 km/h caused by Storm Herminia. Météo-France has called for caution, as gusty winds and rain continue to affect the area. While Brittany is on red alert for flooding, Île-de-France is seeing steady rainfall and gusty winds, with temperatures ranging from 7°C in Melun to 11°C in Étampes. Wind gusts are expected to reach 58 km/h around L'Haÿ-les-Roses. Additionally, a new low-pressure system named IVO is expected to bring more rain and wind by mid-week.
