Opening of the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo

Opening of the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo – Tomorrow, Tuesday 14th November will see the much-awaited reopening of the famous Café de Paris Monte-Carlo on the Place du Casino following a major 19-month renovation project. The new look of the Principality’s iconic brasserie sees it extended across two levels, including a new upstairs terrace offering exceptional views of the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Hotel de Paris de Monte-Carlo.  The famous brasserie has become a veritable institute since its opening in 1868 as “Le Café Divan” embodying the classic brasserie spirit and always managing to reinvent itself, capturing the hearts of every generation. Chef Victor Marion sums up the very special spirit of the legendary Monegasque brasserie and after wandering around the world, he's back in Monaco, ready to write the next chapter in the history of this legendary establishment.

By spring of next year, the boutiques that line the building will have opened their doors, along with the new Amazonico Monte-Carlo restaurant which will be place on the rooftop. The Casino Café de Paris, which has stayed open throughout the renovation work, will offer its customers a new exclusive entrance at the beginning of 2024.
