Nice airport blocked by taxi drivers

Nice airport blocked by taxi drivers - Following controls by the consumer watchdog at Nice International Airport this morning taxi drivers have blocked the access to both terminals, allowing only employees of the airport access. According to reports in Nice Matin taxi drivers called for action following an argument between one of the consumer agents and a taxi driver. Controls at the time were being carried out on taxi drivers and not on tourism vehicle drivers. The move has caused long delays at what is a very busy time for the airport, especially with the Cannes Film Festival opening today.
