Mayor of Nice is expected to announce a curfew in the city from this evening

Mayor of Nice plans to announce curfew -  The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi has announced this morning on French television plans to introduce a decree to establish a curfew in the city.

A ban on driving except for priority staff is planned. Estrosi  broke the news after having just confirmed the closure of the Promenade des Anglais taking immediate effect from this morning Friday 20th March.
