Civil servants in France - The French government has announced plans to raise the index point for civil servants by the summer. The value of the index point, which is used to calculate the salary of 5.7 million public officials, has been frozen since 2017. It will be revalued by next summer to take into account inflation. According to the bank of France Inflation is estimated between 3.7 and 4.4%.
French Prime Minister launches wind farm projects - French Prime Minister Jean Castex has launched a call for investments in two floating wind farm projects in the Mediterranean Sea which could supply electricity to one million people and be operational by 2030.
