Heatwave

Heatwave - Météo France has warned that temperatures will get close to 40 degrees this week rising sharply tomorrow and Thursday in both the Var and the Alpes Maritimes. The advice is to avoid going out during the hottest hours and to drink plenty of water. Already today Tuesday 9th July, Météo-France is forecasting 36°C in Brignoles and 32°C in the Alpes-Maritimes, near Puget-Théniers and Guillaumes. The peak is expected the following days, with up to 38°C in Draguignan this Wednesday and 39°C in Brignoles on Thursday. Temperatures, however, will drop slightly from this Friday and should not exceed 32°C this weekend.
