Head of SNCF confirms no payment for strike days – The head of France’s train network the SNCF Guillaume Pepy, has this morning confirmed that even though the conflict with unions continues employees will not be paid during strike action. As discussions continue with unions about working conditions and hours Pepy confirmed that one claim which would not be met was the renumeration of employees for strike days.
