Popular baby names in France

French names - According to figures published by INSEE, for a second year running the two most popular baby names in France are Emma and Gabriel. Jade and Louise come in 2nd and 3rd place for girls and Raphäel and Léo for boys.  Among the top ten names chosen for children born in 2018 there has been little significant change, except for two new entries in the top ten Anna and Mael.
