French media launches online debate - Several media, including Franceinfo, the France Télévisions group, the Radio France group and France Médias Monde, are joining forces and launching a large online debate on the trust between media and French citizens. From Monday, November 4th to January 20th, 2020, participants are invited to "speak, debate, react and propose solutions" via the Media and Citizens platform mediaetcitoyens.com which has been designed by the start-up BlueNove.
The platform makes it possible to express your views on various topics such as the fight against "fake news", the question of ethics in the media, their independence and their role in society.
BlueNove is known to have analyzed d the contributions of the Great National Debate in France. The start-up will do the same with the contributions of the platform Media and Citizens.
At a time when there has been a general feeling of mistrust of journalistic work, franceinfo, the France Télévisions group, the Radio France group and France Médias Monde have decided to join forces with BlueNove and of our colleagues like La Croix, the TF1 group, La Voix du Nord, Ouest-France or the Ebra group. The ideas that will emerge from the debate may be added to our numerous initiatives in this area, such as our #AlertPollution operation.
