It said that dangerous swells and waves are expected today, Friday, October 24th, and throughout the day on Saturday, October 25th. The coastline from Nice to Menton is primarily affected in the department, with waves potentially reaching 1.5 meters. The Prefecture said that swimming and water sports are strongly discouraged.
A man is recovering in hospital after a road rage incident in Six-Fours-les-Plages. According to police, the driver of a vehicle started shouting at another driver before making a U-turn and driving at the victim. He fled the scene.
