Egg Shortage in Monaco's Carrefour

Egg Shortage - Carrefour Monaco is out of eggs due to a blockade by the French Poultry Confederation over a dispute about "ovosexage," a technique to avoid male chick culling. The global egg market is also impacted by avian flu, with US shortages leading to increased imports from Turkey and Eastern Europe, causing supply issues in Europe. Let's just hope the shortage doesn't last until Easter!
