EasyJet pilots fear an “exodus of customers”

EasyJet pilots fear an “exodus of customers” - In a letter addressed to the director general of the airline EasyJet French pilots say they fear "an exodus of customers". Like most airlines around the world, EasyJet is facing a shortage of cabin crew and pilots. Despite certain commercial tactics, such as selling fewer seats per plane to take fewer staff on board, easyJet has been particularly affected, a situation which could have been avoided, according to the company’s pilots. French pilots denounce an "unprecedented chaos" and say they fear "an exodus of customers". 550 French pilots work for the low-cost company.
