Earth tremor in the Pyrenees

Earth tremor in the Pyrenees - An earth tremor has been reported in the Pyrenees. The tremor with a magnitude of 3.8 occurred in the early hours of this morning. Local authorities reported no damage following the tremor. The epicenter was located 68 km west of the Catalan city of La Seu d'Urgell, near Andorra. A slightly higher tremor of 4.1 had previously occurred in the area on February 14th last year.

France has experienced several seismic events in recent weeks, near Pau and Strasbourg. In the Rhone Valley, on November 11th, an earthquake of magnitude of 5.4 caused considerable damage.
