Court rules in favour of Nice City council - News just in has confirmed, that the City of Nice has won its case with the League for Human Rights. The Nice administrative court has validated, this Wednesday, that the curfew order taken by the mayor of Nice, modifying the curfew from 10pm to 8pm in certain areas of the city, a measure attacked by the League for Human Rights (LDH), is valid.
The League has deemed the order "discriminatory" and plans to appeal.
