WhatsApp down - Thousands of Internet users, in France, but also in Europe and all over the world, have experienced a breakdown in the WhatsApp messaging service. At 9:17am this morning, the French version of the Downdetector site, published a tweet evoking technical difficulties. According to the reports listed by Downdetector, WhatsApp users are having problems sending messages, but also having problems logging into the application, on both the mobile version and the web version. In a statement the company said “we are working so that WhatsApp can work again for everyone as quickly as possible”.
