Taxi drivers reach an agreement - The president of the Nice taxi union has welcomed an agreement reached "jointly" this week with the prefecture of the Alpes-Maritimes, the government of Monaco and Monegasque representatives of the profession as taxi drivers will no longer have to pay the annual sticker of 750 euros to work in the Principality. For the president of the Nice taxi union: “We will no longer be obliged to pay the annual sticker of 750 euros valid from May 1st to October 31st which did not concern Monegasque drivers in France”.
