Changes from November 1st - As of every 1st of the month changes will be introduced in France. From Friday 1st November there will be a drop in housing tax affecting 80% of French people, there will also be an increase in the adult disability allowance, those with a modest income will be able to benefit from a complementary universal health cover as well as reforms to unemployment benefits. Pensions are to be reevaluated, custom officers will benefit from a pay increase and all schools are to introduce at least one vegetarian meal a week. Finally as with every winter landlords will not be able to evict tenants during the winter months from November 1st to March 31st 2020.
