Woman dies from heart attack on flight from London Heathrow to Nice International Airport - A 73-year-old woman has died from a heart attack during a flight from London Heathrow to Nice International Airport. Passengers, on the BA flight which had left London an hour and 47 minutes later than scheduled, thought the woman was sleeping during the flight. However, when the plane landed in Nice at 9.07pm on Thursday evening, crew and passengers realised that there was a problem and immediately alerted the emergency services. Unfortunately, despite their intervention the victim was pronounced dead around at 10 p.m. The women’s nationality has not been communicated at this point. An investigation is underway.
