Shooting in Marseille - Two people have died and two have been left injured after a shooting in Marseille. The shooting took place in two different districts of the city and for the moment, are not connected.

The first happened on Tuesday evening in the city's 1st arrondissement, where three hooded men fired handguns at two others, killing one and injuring the second.

The second shooting took place later that night from Tuesday to Wednesday in the 13th arrondissement. Two men in a car shot at two others in the city of La Renaude, also causing the death of one man and injuring another. According to reports around thirty shots were heard.

November 13th trial of the century - With about 1,800 civil parties, more than 300 lawyers, 20 defendants, 110 days of hearings and a courtroom specially built for the occasion. French media are dubbing it "the trial of the century" as today the proceedings over the November 13th 2015, terror attacks start in the French captial. 

One hundred and thirty people lost their lives and 350 were wounded when three teams of suicide bombers and gunmen attacked the Stade de France stadium, bars and restaurants in central Paris and the Bataclan concert hall.

Decision on football match between Nice and Marseille - The Professional Football league is to announce its decision later today concerning the result of the match between Nice and Marseille which took place on August 22nd. The match had to be interrupted in the 75th minute after an incident broke out between players and supporters which saw some fans invade the pitch. At the time the score was 1-0 to Nice.

French Spider- Man placed arrested - Known as the French Spider-Man" Alain Robert has climbed a tower in the La Défense business district of Paris to protest the COVID health pass.

The 60-year-old was arrested more than an hour into his equipment-free climb and placed in police custody at midday for "endangering the lives of others". Robert was accompanied for the first time by three young climbers aged 21, 28 and 33. 

Alain Robert said."It's a climb against the health pass, which annoys everyone. It is an attack on fundamental freedoms, this pass is a disgrace,"
