Dutch national handed prison sentence in Monaco - A 48-year-old Dutch national and father of five has been handed a year’s prison sentence in Monaco after being found in possession of fake bank notes. The man employed as a car salesman in Milan at the time, was stopped by police and found to be in possession of 200,000 euros in fake bank notes. The incident dates back to February 1st, 2021, when while at the wheel of his Mercedes police carried out a random identity check on the individual on the Avenue de Grande-Bretagne in Monaco.
