Day dedicated to carers - The 2nd edition of "The day dedicated to carers" will take place on Tuesday, October 15th, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Gerontology Center Clinique Rainier III here in Monaco. It allows those who provide regular and frequent assistant to a person who is losing their independence, due to age, illness or disability to meet the professionals of the Geriatric Sector of the Princess Grace Hospital Centre through different stands and practical workshops: Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Psychologist, Doctor, Physiotherapist, Speech Therapist, Social Worker, and Associations will be present to answer all your questions. Parent, spouse or friend, this is a daily commitment, often silent but nevertheless essential for the person you are caring for, which requires time, energy, stress, and sometimes involves forgetting oneself.
