According to the Interior Ministry, the number of proxy votes has significantly increased
between the first and second rounds of the early legislative elections, reaching 3.2
million. In the first round, there were 2.6 million proxy votes, four times more than in
2022. Since the start of the campaign, 51 candidates have been physically assaulted,
