Threat of an attack causes several schools to close

Threat of an attack causes several schools to close - Several high schools in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var have had to close today following threats of an attacks.  Several schools have been targeted in recent hours by messages threatening attacks. Around ten establishments are affected by threats of attack in the Alpes-Maritimes and eight in the Var. The situation is currently being assessed; some students will not be able to go to class as a crisis meeting is underway at the Alpes-Maritimes rectorate. Schools are to be controlled by sniffer dogs before being able to reopen. Last Wednesday, the Don Bosco middle school in Nice was evacuated and closed for the day, after receiving a message announcing an attack.
