Success of the 5th PropTech Symposia: AI revolutionises real estate - The 5th edition of the PropTech Symposia, has taken place here in Monaco, focusing on the transformative role of AI in real estate the event was a resounding success. Hosted by the Prince's Government and the Monaco Economic Board, the event brought together top industry leaders to explore AI’s potential in reshaping the sector.

Keynote addresses and expert panels featured visionaries such as Dominique Alba of Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Ana Lozano Portillo of Nidus Lab, and Brice Vandevoorde of Realiz, offering deep insights into automation, tokenization, and AI-driven business models. The symposium also showcased Monaco's long-standing partnership with ESCP Business School, introducing the 2024 edition of the Global PropTech Barometer, a vital resource for understanding emerging trends in real estate technology.

With 150 industry professionals in attendance, the event reaffirmed the PropTech Symposia’s status as a pivotal platform for networking, innovation, and collaboration in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
