New Director of Education, Youth and Sport in Monaco

New Director of Education, Youth and Sport in Monaco - Monaco’s government has announced the appointment of Mr Jean-Philippe Vinci, as the new Director of Education, Youth and Sport as of 1st July 2024. Vinci will be replacing Ms Isabelle Bonnal after 13 years at the helm of the Department of Education, Youth and Sport. He has been a professor at Lycée Albert I since 1996 and his experience in administration, including three years as a project leader at the Department of Education, Youth and Sport, as well as missions for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Council of Europe, are major assets for his new responsibilities. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Prince Pierre Foundation and is a member of the Princess Grace Theatre management committee. The Prince’s Government commends Ms Isabelle Bonnal for the investment and unwavering commitment she has shown throughout her career as head of Education, Youth and Sport, and thanks her for the initiatives she has led in this strategic area. The Prince’s Government wishes Mr Jean-Philippe Vinci every success in his new and very important role.
