Gabriel Attal is named as France's new Prime Minister

New Prime Minister - It's official 34 year old Gabriel Attal will succeed Elisabeth Borne as Prime Minister. Attal becomes the youngest minister in the history of the Fifth Republic. The Minister of National Education has been appointed this Tuesday lunchtime. After hours of waiting, Gabriel Attal was named Prime Minister in place of Élisabeth Borne. In December 2023, he was the political figure who gathered the most favorable opinions.  Attal's name has indeed been circulating regularly lately in the corridors of power to compete for mayor of Paris in 2026 or even for the presidential election in 2027. It is now up to him to take up the challenge of "Matignon".
