French President calls for new sanctions against Russia - French President Emmanuel Macron has said that following what has just happened in Bucha a "new series of sanctions and clear messages are need  particularly targeting Russian coal and oil". Forty days after the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the discovery of hundreds of civilian bodies in Bucha, on the outskirts of kyiv, have shocked the world. Invited on France Inter this Monday morning, Emmanuel Macron commented on these crimes probably committed by the Russian army. The Head of State said, "the scenes are unbearable”. Macron did not however speak of the fate reserved for Russian gas, on which the European Union is very dependent since it imports 45% of its natural gas from Russia.
