Mr. Goodfish programme

Mr. Goodfish programme - The Café de Paris here in the Principality has joined the Mr.Goodfish programme, initiated by the World Ocean Network, and committed to the sustainable consumption of seafood. Working alongside the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation the programme aims to promote the responsible consumption of seafood products. The Café de Paris follows in the footsteps of several other establighments including the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo and its restaurant L’Hirondelle, together with the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and Stars'n'Bars.
