Femicide in France - The daughter of the woman killed by her husband in northern France on Sunday, November 10th, has said she believes “that the authorities took too long to act”. Speaking to French media, Stella Guitton explains that her mother had filed a complaint against her husband, for "violence", a month ago.
40 year old Sylvia Walter is the 131st femicide in France since the beginning of the year. According to figures 10 cases of femicide have been reported since October 14th.
