Delivery drivers speak out against new restrictions

Delivery drivers speak out against new restrictions - New parking restrictions in Nice have been criticized by several local companies. The new regulations introduced by the city council in August concerning delivery drivers saw new times imposed. On Rue Masséna, which is also a pedestrian zone, deliveries are now authorized until 10.30am instead of 11am. One company manager has described how “his company is crumbling under the number of fines he has received, 6,000 euros worth since the beginning of the year”. The new measures were introduced with the aim of ending years of “anarchy”.
