David Hockney moves to Normandy

David Hockney moves to Normandy - British artist David Hockney has moved from Los Angeles to Normandy for “its relaxed way of life”. Speaking to reporters the artist said “Thank god for Normandy. The French know how to live and they know about pleasure” adding “I’d just like to work and paint and to be able to smoke and eat in a restaurant at the same time”. It is illegal to smoke inside a restaurant in France but the rules are less strict for eating outside on a terrace.
