7-year-old boy left home alone - Firefighters in Aix-en-Provence have saved a 7-year-old boy from jumping from the fourth floor of an apartment block. The child had reportedly been left alone, locked inside the apartment while his parents were away. In a state of panic the boy attempted to jump from the window hoping to rejoin his parents. The child was successfully taken care of by the police who later contacted the mother.
