The Principality of Monaco has welcomed four new ambassadors at a lunch held in the Hermitage Hotel this week. They include the Ambassadors for Nigeria, Croatia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.
The Prince’s Government has issued a warning regarding claims made in flyers about a protective mask called Help Mask which, in the case of fire, claim to give you up to 60 minutes of air. Fire-fighting services have serious reservations about the effectiveness of this mask and say that although emergency numbers 18 and 112 are carried on the prospectuses, no recommendation was carried out by them on the on the products in question.
From Tuesday, the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco will launch a much improved night bus service. Night Line 1 will run from Fontvieille to Larvotto and St Roman, while Night Line 2 will follow the regular Line 2 route from the Jardin Exotique. Busses will operate every 35 minutes, and are designed so that buses arrive at the same time at the stops Princesse Antoinette and Monte-Carlo to ensure a smooth connection for travellers.
