One of the biggest events in the Monaco calendar is taking place later this month. The 22nd "Monte-Carlo Gastronomy" fair will take place from 24 to 27 November at the Big Top in the Espace Fontvieille in Monaco.
You’ll be able to taste and purchase foie gras, truffles, caviar, chocolates, sweet treats, cheeses, salted meats, regional organic products from France and Europe, exotic fruits, jams, Champagne, Armagnac and wines and liqueurs from France, Italy and Europe from the producers' estates.
As well as being an exhibition of French and foreign gastronomy with high quality products, there’ll also be lots of events and demonstrations. Every day, there will be numerous cookery demonstrations, broadcast on the show's Facebook account, by leading chefs from Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, who will reveal the secret of their prestigious recipes to visitors. There’ll be various competitions taking place during the show as well.
