Work on the northern part of Port de la Condamine starts up again for another phase that will run until next years Grand Prix. After the widening of the esplanade, work is now focused on the infrastructure that will eventually house the collection of old cars of HSH Prince Albert, as well as a 300-place car park. The works under Boulevard Albert Premier, the refurbishment of the planters, and the footpath, will take place until the end of March, meaning traffic will be diverted from Boulevard Albert Premier.
Prince Albert and Mayor Georges Marsan, in the presence of Monsignor Bernard Barsi, Archbishop of Monaco, Serge Telle, Minister of State, and other top officials inaugurated the Exotic Garden’s new Botanical Centre on Tuesday. The new centre includes 900m2 of greenhouses and an additional 1,000m2 of shelter plus 200m2 for staff premises.
